Our gymnasium, established over 50 years ago, is a specialist weight training centre with sought after old fashioned values.
We are not a health centre or a sports club but a specialist weight training centre. Our instructors have over 30 years' experience of weight-training knowledge and tuition and know every member by their first name. Members have training programmes personalised to fit their individual needs and levels of fitness and they all feel that they have access to their own personal trainer without, unlike so many places, any extra charge.
When you enter our gym, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. There are no poseurs or steroid users here. We do not accept them. This is a NATURAL weight training centre.
